Co to za pasożyt

Witam wszystkich, Poszukuje pomocy. Na moich Śliwach pojawiła się narośl od spodu liścia. Jest tego bardzo dużo. Po rozpołowieniu jej w środku znajduje się dużo żółtych larw. Niestety, nie jestem w stanie zweryfikować, co to za pasożyt. Proszę pilnie o pomoc. W załączniku przesyłam zdjęcia.
